"...CSP-SAC was having problems with the x-ray collimation system and other related systems since the units were installed. We could not get the problems repaired from the factory engineers. Robert was called out to see if he and his team could repair the problem. After a long day and part of an early evening of checking wiring, rewiring the complete unit and checking all related systems the problem was resolved and the system now operates as required to with all systems operating properly."
